Space: An office (635 sqft)
Location: Central Singapore, near the Singapore River
A bright discussion space near the entrance of the office, and formal work stations at the end of the office, divided by a blue cabinet. Immediately to the right of the discussion space is the pantry. The door on the right leads into a private bathroom that comprises of a WC, shower with glass panels and a wash basin.
An office with a view. We have placed 4 tables at the end of the office, in a configuration of 2 + 2 i.e. stacked together. One can fit 9 such tables and chairs comfortably.
The pantry or kitchenette on the right of the entrance, complete with a fridge, sink, hob and hood for light cooking.

We were tasked to create a “mini” show office with minimum budget to demonstrate the versatility of space usage within this office, and to show that an office with dark stained floors can be fun as well. This office has a ceiling height of 3.6 metres (estimated) with the current false ceiling (original ceiling runs up to 4.8 metres (est) with pipes and trunking running overhead).
We have segregated the office into two distinct spaces, a formal work space and an informal discussion space near the pantry. The work space can be expanded to house 9 work stations comfortably while maintaining the discussion area, or an additional 6 work stations can be added in place of the discussion area.
